hey!!!this is aswathy,a normal girl from a normal family who loves to cook and to eat...which is a fact that none of my friends would deny..i love the art of cooking..i love everything about it..the cookware,the cutlery,the aromatic flavours..everything and the best part comes after i finish cookin and i get a final verdict from the people i serve ...This blog is to all my frnds who have loved my food and specially to my mom who thinks that i am the best cook ever
To begin with I would like to start with my personal favorite which would be an easy 3minute chocolate mug cake... u guys must try it..its aswesome and for all those who cannot cook..this could be ur best begining..its simple and yummy..the soft spongy texture just melts in the mouth and the slight bitterness of chocolate tingles ...and every time i scoop one little bite of the mushy cake..it makes me forget everything in the whole wide world
the recepie is not complicated and this is dedicated to my friend apoorva who has just began cookin by herself so gurl this is for u....
all u need is
4 tbsp of flour
4tbsp of sugar
1 egg 2tbsp of oil
1tsp of baking powder
1tbsp of dark cocoa and
2 tbsp of milk
all u need to do is mix everything into a coffee mug and keep it in the microwave for 2 mnts or more or less dependin on the microwave and there u have the best chocolate mug cake...ever...serve with yummm chocolate icecream or just scoop it like that...
